Lived Experience Trauma and Addiction Recovery is based in Chicago, IL, but all services are provided via secure telehealth.
In addition to being licensed in Illinois, Washington DC, and Texas, Dr. Doyle is also credentialed to provide teletherapy in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
Dr. Doyle is not credentialed to provide teletherapy in any other countries.
At this time, Lived Experience Trauma and Addiction Recovery is a self-pay practice. We are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if requested.
Dr. Doyle’s rates are as follows:
• $200 per 55-minute psychotherapy session
• $300 per 83-minute psychotherapy session
• $200 per 55-minute professional consultation session (for therapists and other professionals)
